Whitestone Shipbrokers Ghana Limited, in collaboration with the West Africa School of Shipping, successfully organized a three-day Port & Terminal Management Training Programme from 23rd to 25th July 2024 for the Operations Staff of Meridian Port Services (MPS).

• Marine Operations and Safety

• Port Security Measures

• The United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS)

• Flag State Jurisdiction and International Maritime Law

• International Labour Organization (ILO) Standards

• Environmental Protection and International Conventions

• Overview of the Ghana Shipping Act, 2006

At the end of the training, participants were awarded certificates of participation and provided with USB drives containing all presentation materials for future reference.
